Space Availability - Study Rooms

Reserve a Study Room

Click on a room below to reserve it and/or view details about each room.

1. Study rooms may be booked by current Salve faculty, students, or staff members. A valid Salve email address is required to complete room booking. 
2. Study rooms can be booked up to 3 days in advance. (Example: on a Sunday, study rooms may be booked through Wednesday.)
3. Study rooms are booked in one-hour increments, for a maximum of 2 consecutive hours.

Empty Study Rooms: If a study room is not booked and is empty, then it is available on a first-come basis; however, users may be asked to leave at any time to accommodate a reservation. Patrons are encouraged to reserve any empty study rooms they are using. 

Room Bookings Near Opening/Closing Time: Study rooms may not be accessed before the library opens, and must be vacated by the time the library closes. To verify library hours before booking a study room, please click here.

Cancellations: Please inform library staff if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
