Black Representation in Jim Crow America: The Crisis Magazine

Join a multidisciplinary conversation on the May 1926 issue of "The Crisis", from Salve Special Collections. This official magazine of the NAACP was founded in 1910 by W. E. B. Du Bois with a mission to expose the realities of and thinking around racism, publishing reporting on current events, articles, literary works, and editorials, while also advertising jobs, education, and businesses in Black communities.
