Illustrating the Echoes of the Holocaust: Artist Leela Corman on Victory Parade

Leela Corman is a painter, educator, and comics maker who is also on the faculty of Rhode Island School of Design. Join Corman for an International Holocaust Remembrance Day conversation about Corman's work. The focus will be the second book in her New York trilogy— Victory Parade, a graphic novel about women working in the Brooklyn Navy Yard during the Second World War, a Jewish refugee turned amateur women’s wrestling champ, and the astral plane over Buchenwald.
